Includes:
(1) Three items relating to the Emergency Precautions Scheme Organisation for Auckland: Team worker authorisation card for T. M. Foster (1941), instructions by the Emergency Precautions Service Auckland for the use and care of a civilian respirator (circa 1940s) and two sheets of instructions for Team Workers to follow in the case of a alert being sounded. Document headed "E.P.S.O block 6 section 4 organization" (circa 1940s)
(2) Two petrol ration coupons issued by the New Zealand Government (one set undated and the other for the 1947-1948 period)
(3) One list containing ingredients for for unknown medication with the instructions "Get chemist to mix"
(4) Receipt for fees for registration and annual license of motor-vehicle (1941-1946) for car registered 130144 made out to T. M. Foster.
