Description
Two first day covers and an accompanying letter enclosing the covers. First day covers feature an illustration. Each have different stamps. Are addressed to Sales Controller and District Sales Manager of Air New Zealand. Envelopes are unopened (possibly souvenir card inside each). Letter discusses the first D.C. 8 flight made by ZK-NZB from Auckland-Sydney-Auckland on the 24th November 1965 with captains I Patterson and J. Shorthouse.
