Disc carries a maker's sticker "PRECISION TM / FLEXIBLE DISKS 115 / DOUBLE SIDED DOUBLE DENSITY / SOFT SECTOR 40 TRACKS".
Envelope has hand-written text "Side A 57 Side B 58 / Load"*",8,1 Load"*",8,1 pt 2 / Silent Service Acrojet / (Advanced Flight / Trainer".
Disk protection advice on back "Diskette Care and Handling Information", with pictures and multi language captions.
A small piece of paper inserted into envelope has additional hand written information.
