Description
There are two separate aircraft log books with detailed information about date, time, time in air, time since overhaul, sections have been stamped to show the checks have been carried out according to approved standards, extra information such as conversion charts have been pasted onto pages within the book.
(1) Log between 14 October 1939 and 16 June 1942 with the Union Steam Ship Co. Ltd. listed as the owner.
(2) Log between 30 January 1948 to 13 September 1951 with NAC listed as the owner.
The second log book has two loose documents inside cover:
(3) Six page circular in French with the heading "FEDERATION AERONAUTIQUE INTERNATIONALE" with a date "Paris, le 2 Octobre 1962."
(4) A letter is between Leo White and Sampson, Low, Marston & Co. Ltd also dated 10 Dec 1962 regarding an enclosed issue of Jane's All the World's Aircraft edited by John W. R. Taylor.
