A collection of nine seperate 48 page booklets coloured green with black writing on the front. All of these nine booklets are Aircraft Servicing Forms for the Aircraft NZ2527, UNIT 42 Sqn Ohakea. These servicing forms detail the fitness for flight and after flight certificates by the Captain and the maintenance crew. These records detail time, dates, and fuel capacity of the aircraft. The cover is a form filled out by Technical control and consists of Aircraft type, Serial No Form. Aircraft No, Unit, Period, Flying hours and the next date of servicing.
