Two copies of the application: holder's sheet and sheet for office clearance. Application made by The Shuttleworth Collection to transfer manuscript items with Auckland International Airport listed as the consignee. Description of cultural objects is a list which includes the Percival Gull G-ADPR aircraft log, de Havilland Gipsy Six engine log book and four R.A.F. 'Form 700' for the aircraft when it was registered AX866.
