Vehicle Mould [Passenger Seat Skin, Heron MJ1], fibreglass skin shaped like a chair. Tan fibreglass skin with blue writing all over seat base "3325748 / OFF Rd / NZ / 2 off / 90+30 / This / outline / Both / Sides".
Part of set of black resin (interior) and grey fibreglass (exterior) moulds used to fabricate the exterior body and interior components of the Heron MJ1Sportscar in 1980. The moulds were made from wooden "plugs" that formed the basic outline of the vehicle. The moulds were made and designed by Heron vehicle designer Ross Baker in 1980.
