Vehicle Mould [Alternate Dashboard, Heron MJ1]]. Post-production MJ1 variant dashboard. Fibreglass mould for casting dashboard. Rectangular shaped mould with large central hole in mould and curved edges, white paint on back surface. "Mitsi Cordia / Tredia" and "Post production / Heron MJ1 / VARIANT" written in back on tan surface.
Part of set of black resin (interior) and grey fibreglass (exterior) moulds used to fabricate the exterior body and interior components of the Heron MJ1Sportscar in 1980. The moulds were made from wooden "plugs" that formed the basic outline of the vehicle. The moulds were made and designed by Heron vehicle designer Ross Baker in 1980.
