Description
Sunglasses/Sunprotectors for goggles worn by Derek Wright during Commonwealth Trans-Antarctic Expedition (1955-1958).
Brown celluloid and canvas trimmed sun protectors with triangular shaped lenses and half circle shaped celluloid pieces on exterior sides of lenses that are perforated with numerous holes. Small foam/rubber plugs are set between these lenses. Elastic strap for use around head, sewn with fabric name tag for "DEREK WRIGHT".
