Description
A first day cover with two loose leaves inside. On cover is Qantas Empire Airways kangaroo logo, Imperial Airways speed bird logo and a Postage Australia stamp of Hermes and two globes. It is addressed to Jean Batten care of Brooklands Aero Club, England. One loose paper leaf is blank and the other has hand-written address to 'self' care of the Brooklands Aero Club.
