Description
In this interview Batten discusses her flying career. She asked about being a woman in aviation and replies she did not think of herself as specifically a woman pilot because there was not much flying at all in the 1930s. Photographs from Batten's republished book 'My life' renamed 'Alone in the sky' and a model of the De Havilland Moth DH-ULM are also featured during the interview.
